Nose
Fresh butter and whole-grained short-bread soaked with cognac, a rush of fresh fruit and floral citrus, oak, and very faint grappa.
Taste
Honeyed-malt and melon, oak and dried-fruits (peaches, pineapples, and apples), sweet floral note and earthy-vanilla, and quickly fading baking-spices.
Finish
Mixed grains, floral green-melon, and a mix of oak tannins and vanilla-pod and fruit cordial infused with ginger.
