Cancellations Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund, provided you contact us before the order has been dispatched. We typically dispatch orders quickly, so please reach out via WhatsApp as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

Refunds for pre-dispatch cancellations will be processed within 3 working days via:

  • DuitNow Instant Transfer, or
  • CDM cash deposit (for customers who paid via cash deposit)

Once an Order Has Been Dispatched

Once a tracking number has been issued and the package has been collected by our logistics partner (Ninjavan, DHL, or Lalamove), the sale is considered final. We are unable to cancel the order or issue a refund at this stage.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a bottle that is damaged or broken in transit, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you, subject to the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email
  • You must provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Each case will be assessed individually and resolved at our discretion

We do not accept damage claims reported after the 48-hour window.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If approved:

  • The replacement order must be of equal or greater value than the returned order
  • Additional shipping charges will apply and will be communicated to you before processing
  • The returned item must be in its original, unopened condition

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to issue refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after the order has been dispatched
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
  • Damage reported more than 48 hours after delivery
  • Orders refused or not collected at point of delivery
  • Delays caused by third-party logistics providers or force majeure events

Orders Cancelled Due to Eligibility

If your order is cancelled by us because eligibility requirements are not met (e.g., age verification failure or prohibited recipient), a full refund will be issued within 3 working days.
