Shipping Charges

All orders of RM450 and above are entitled to free courier shipping. Customers are to select the “Free Shipping” option on the checkout page to enjoy this offer. Please note this only applies to courier shipping.

Johor Bahru customers are entitled to free Lalamove delivery for orders above RM450. Free shipping does not cover Desaru, Kukup, and other islands.

Outstation Delivery (West Malaysia)

We provide alcohol delivery across West Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Ipoh, Cheras, and Melaka.

Delivery Charges:

  • First bottle: RM10

  • Each additional bottle: RM5 (capped at RM20)

  • Beer cartons: Flat RM30

  • Orders above RM450 qualify for free delivery

All outstation deliveries are shipped via Ninjavan or DHL and typically arrive within 2–3 working days (delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances).

Johor Bahru Same-Day Delivery

Customers in Johor Bahru can receive same-day delivery via Lalamove for all orders placed between 12 noon – 12 midnight. Charges will be reflected at checkout and are set directly by Lalamove.

Desaru Delivery

We provide delivery to Desaru via Lalamove. The estimated delivery charges are between RM80 – RM100, subject to your location and rider availability. Estimated delivery time is between 2–2.5 hours. Please contact us upon placing your order.

East Malaysia & Restricted Zones

Unfortunately, we do not ship to East Malaysia at the moment. However, do contact us via WhatsApp to see what we can arrange on a case-by-case basis.

We also do not deliver to the following areas:

  • Government buildings (including military camps)

  • Airports

  • Hospitals

  • Places of Worship

Delays in Delivery

We aim to complete each order within 2–3 working days, however unforeseen circumstances such as floods, bad weather, or unusually high demand during peak periods may cause delays. Force majeure events could also cause delays or cancellations.

We will inform you of any such delays if we’re made aware of them. Customers may cancel their orders without cost if they haven’t been couriered out.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order once a tracking number has been issued and the package has been picked up by our logistics partners.

Changing Delivery Particulars

To make any changes after checkout, kindly contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible so that we can amend particulars before dispatch. If the package has already been shipped, we can attempt to re-arrange delivery but additional charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.

Post Delivery Issues

Kindly get in touch with us via WhatsApp or email for us to rectify any issues with the package.

Return / Exchange

All products are not refundable once shipped out. Exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with the new order being of the same or higher value than the returned order. Extra shipping charges will apply and will be communicated before processing the exchange.

Damaged bottles will be replaced, provided the issue is communicated to us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
