Can I pay upon delivery
We do not dispatch until payment is received. Please make payment upon ordering.
Desaru Delivery
Delivery charges range between RM 70 – RM 100 depending on your resort location and rider availability. Please contact us upon placing order to get the exact charge. Estimated delivery time is 2-2.5 hours.
When would I received my order
We dispatch all orders from 2pm to 12am. The estimated delivery time is 1 hour. However it may be delayed depending on rider availability and traffic conditions.
Product Authenticity
All our products are 100% genuine and sourced directly from certified importers. Packaging differences may arise due to our wide range of sources and are not an indication of inauthentic product.
Minimum Order Requirement
We’ve no minimum requirement so feel free to purchase only what you need. Whilst we do not have a maximum limit, logistics requirements may force us to split an order into parts. We will communicate such splitting of orders before shipping.
Legal Compliance
Malaysian Law prohibits sale of alcohol to individuals below the age of 21 and/or those who profess the religion of Islam. Kindly exit the site if you fall into such a category. We reserve the right to cancel orders to individuals who fall into either category and won’t be responsible for any losses incurred.
All agreements on this site shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Usage of this site means consent to enter into arbitration in the event of irresolvable disputes. Exit this site if you do not agree to any of the above.
Why are we cheaper than competitors?
We source from multiple importers and buy in bulk which allows us to offer products at market beating prices. Since we don’t have a brick-and-mortar presence, our operating costs are lower. We do NOT sell fakes and condemn such practices.
Have a bulk order for an occasion?
Contact us via Whatsapp or email and we could assist in getting the right product mix for an occasion.
Is the package private and safe?
All our packages are insulated with class-leading packaging practices. We also ensure they’re free of any markings so you can be rest assured they won’t be advertising your purchase.
Can you gift wrap my order?
We dispatch our packages ASAP and are unable to gift wrap your order. If you wish to have gift wrapped, please order at least One (1) Day in advance and please contact us.
