Can I pay Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. Orders must be paid before dispatch. Please make payment upon placing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Singapore PayNow

  • DuitNow QR

  • Credit/Debit Cards (via Stripe, 3% processing fee applies)

Do you provide alcohol delivery in Desaru?

Yes. Delivery charges range between RM 80 – RM 100, depending on your resort location and rider availability.
Please select Desaru Delivery at checkout and contact us after placing your order to confirm the exact fee. Estimated delivery time: 2–2.5 hours.

Do you deliver alcohol outside Johor Bahru?

Yes. We provide outstation alcohol delivery across West Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Ipoh, Cheras, and Melaka.

Delivery Charges:

  • First bottle: RM 10

  • Each additional bottle: RM 5 (capped at RM 20)

  • Beer cartons: Flat RM 30

  • Orders above RM 450 qualify for free delivery

All outstation deliveries are shipped via Ninjavan or DHL and typically arrive within 2 working days (delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances).

When will I receive my order in Johor Bahru?

Orders are dispatched between 2pm – 12am daily. Delivery usually takes around 1 hour, but may be delayed depending on rider availability and traffic conditions.

Do you deliver late at night in Johor Bahru?

Yes. We deliver until 12am in Johor Bahru.

How can I track my order?

  • For Johor Bahru orders, we will send you the Grab/Lalamove tracking link via WhatsApp.

  • For outstation orders, we will provide the Ninjavan tracking link once your order is shipped.

Do you deliver to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)?

Unfortunately, we currently deliver only within West Malaysia.

What happens if my package is damaged?

If your bottles are damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and provide clear photos of the damage. We will rectify the issue promptly.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, but please contact us as soon as possible. We usually dispatch orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be made before shipping.

Are your products genuine?

Yes. All our products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from certified importers. Packaging may vary due to multiple sourcing channels, but this does not affect authenticity.

Why doesn’t my bottle come with a box or stopper (dripper)?

In recent years, many liquor brands have reduced or removed outer boxes and plastic stoppers (also known as drippers) from their bottles. While these were common in the past, producers are now cutting back on such packaging to reduce costs and environmental waste.

Please rest assured:

  • ✅ The absence of a box or stopper does not mean the product is fake.

  • ✅ All our bottles are 100% genuine and sourced directly from certified importers.

  • ✅ Packaging may vary from what you previously received due to manufacturer changes.

Do you have a minimum or maximum order requirement?

  • No minimum order – you may buy as little as one bottle.

  • No strict maximum, but large orders may be split into multiple deliveries due to logistics. We will inform you if this is required.

Is your service legally compliant?

Yes. Please note:

  • Malaysian law prohibits the sale of alcohol to individuals under 21 and/or those who profess the religion of Islam.

  • We reserve the right to cancel such orders and are not responsible for any losses incurred.

  • By using this site, you agree to the laws of Malaysia and consent to arbitration in the event of disputes.

Why are your prices cheaper than competitors?

We source from multiple importers and purchase in bulk, which allows us to offer market-beating prices. With no physical retail outlets, our overheads are lower.
We do not sell fake products and strongly condemn such practices.

Do you supply alcohol for corporate events and occasions?

Yes. We provide corporate and event alcohol supply. Contact us via WhatsApp or email for assistance in selecting the right product mix.

Is the packaging private and safe?

Yes. All packages are securely insulated with industry-leading materials. They are also unmarked and discreet, so your purchase remains private.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We can gift wrap orders, but you must place your order at least one (1) day in advance and contact us directly to request it.
For same-day orders, we dispatch immediately and cannot provide gift wrapping.
