Shipping Charges 

All orders of and above RM450 are entitled to free courier shipping. Customers are to select the “Free Shipping” option in the checkout page to avail the offer. Please note this is only for courier shipping.

Johor Bahru customers are entitled to free lalamove shipping for orders RM 450. Please note free shipping does not cover Desaru, Kukup, and other islands. 

For all other orders, within West Malaysia, a flat RM30 shipping fee will be charged. Orders received before 3pm will be couriered out on the same day. Typical lead time for shipping during normal periods is 2-4 working days.

Customers in Johor Bahru can receive same day delivery via Lalamove for all orders placed between 12noon – 12 midnight. Charges will be reflected at the checkout page and are set by Lalamove with no input from us.

Desaru Delivery

We provide delivery to Desaru via Lalamove. The estimated delivery charges are between RM 70 – RM 100. Subject to your location as well as rider availability. Estimated delivery time is between 2-2.5 hours. Please contact us upon placing your order. 

East Malaysia & Restricted Zones

Unfortunately, we do not ship to East Malaysia at the moment. However, do contact us via Whatsapp to see what we could arrange on a case-by-case basis.

We do not deliver to and within the vicinity of the following areas:

  • Government buildings (including military camps)
  • Airports
  • Hospitals
  • Places of Worship

 

Delays in Delivery

We aim to complete each order within 2-4 working days however, due to unforeseen circumstances such as floods or bad weather or abnormally huge demand during peak periods, delays could occur. Force majeure events could also cause delays or cancellations.

We will inform of any such delays if we’re made aware of them and customers can cancel their orders without cost if they haven’t been couriered out.

Unfortunately, we can’t cancel the order once a tracking number has been issued and the package has been picked up by our logistics partners.

 

Changing Delivery Particulars

To make any changes post checkout, kindly contact us via Whatsapp as soon as possible so that we could amend particulars before sending out the package. If the package has been shipped out, we can attempt to re-arrange the delivery but charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.

 

Post Delivery Issues

Kindly get in touch with us via Whatsapp or email for us to rectify any issues with the package.

 

Return / Exchange

All products are not refundable once shipped out. Exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis with the new order being of the same or higher value as the returned order. Extra shipping charges will apply for such exchanges and communicated before we process the exchange.

Damaged bottles will be replaced provided the issue is communicated to us via Whatsapp or email within 48hours of delivery and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
