These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and the purchase of products from us, operated by jbalcoholdelivery.com By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol from our website.
  • Malaysian law prohibits the sale of alcohol to individuals who profess the religion of Islam.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements above. We reserve the right to cancel any order where eligibility cannot be verified, without liability.

2. Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where products are out of stock or where pricing errors have occurred.
  • Order confirmation does not constitute a guaranteed contract of sale until payment has been received and the order has been dispatched.
  • There is no minimum order, but large orders may be split across multiple deliveries. We will notify you if this applies.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
  • Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • A 3% processing fee applies to all Credit/Debit Card payments via Stripe.
  • For Singapore PayNow payments, customers must WhatsApp us the payment receipt after checkout.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery timeframes and charges are as described on our Order & Delivery page.
  • We currently deliver within West Malaysia only. We do not ship to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), government buildings, airports, hospitals, or places of worship.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
  • Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund, processed within 3 working days.
  • Once a tracking number has been issued and the package has been picked up by our logistics partner, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • All products are non-refundable once shipped, except in cases of damaged goods as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Product Authenticity & Packaging

  • All products are 100% genuine and sourced from certified importers.
  • Outer boxes and plastic stoppers (drippers) may not be included with all bottles, as many brands have reduced such packaging to cut costs and environmental waste. This does not affect the authenticity of the product.
  • Product images on the website are for illustration purposes. Actual packaging may vary.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or services to:

  • Purchase alcohol on behalf of an ineligible person
  • Provide false personal or delivery information
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
  • Resell products without our written consent

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, jbalcoholdelivery.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or the products purchased.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of jbalcoholdelivery.com and may not be reproduced or used without our express written permission.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Malaysia in accordance with applicable law.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
