Bottega Il Vino dei Poeti is a Brut Prosecco DOC made from Glera grapes grown in the province of Treviso, in the heart of Italy’s Prosecco country. The grapes are hand-picked in mid-September, and the wine gets its fine, persistent bubbles from a second fermentation in pressurised tanks — the Charmat method that keeps Prosecco fresh, fruity and bright.
This is a Millesimato, meaning every bottle comes from a single harvest year. In the glass it is straw-yellow with clean apple and floral aromas, a fresh, delicate palate and soft acidity — dry enough for a celebration, easy enough for an everyday aperitivo.

📖 Bottega began as a grappa distillery, founded in 1977 by master distiller Aldo Bottega. The Il Vino dei Poeti range followed in 1992 — its name, “the wine of the poets”, is said to come from a poetry festival held each year in the Prosecco hills.
🌟 Final Note: Crisp, elegant and dressed for the occasion — a Prosecco that turns any evening into a celebration.
