Made at Liviko Distillery on a copper pot still, all 12 botanicals are distilled individually by hand, then blended with extraordinary care. The dominant notes of rosehip and meadowsweet — both characteristic to the Estonian coastline — are perfectly balanced by the brightness of yuzu and orange peel, creating a gin that’s as beautiful to sip as it is to look at.
